This policy explains how Gooderham Ventures Inc. ("we" or "us") collects, uses and protects personal information through eastendgrowth.com and when we provide our services to business customers.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, business name, email, phone number, trade and service area when you book a call, email us or sign up for our services.
- Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.
- Service records. If you're a customer, we keep logs and recordings of the calls and form requests we route to your business, along with your billing history.
- Basic technical information. Our hosting provider may log details like your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running. We don't use advertising cookies or analytics tracking on this site.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, schedule calls, deliver and route leads, confirm which leads qualify for billing, send invoices, improve our services and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Cloudflare for website hosting
- Calendly for booking calls
- Stripe for payments
- Our call tracking provider for routing and recording calls
- Google Fonts and Kommodo for loading fonts and the video on this site
We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
Leads from our websites
When someone contacts one of our local service websites, their details go to the one business customer serving that trade and area. Those websites have their own privacy policies. Business customers who receive leads are responsible for handling that information lawfully.
Where it's stored
Our service providers may store information in Canada, the United States or other countries, where it's subject to the laws of those places.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide our services, resolve billing questions and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal limits. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and trusted providers, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care with what you share.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
